HISTORY AND MISSION:

U.S. Pure Water Corporation is a small, privately owned broad-based company in the water industry. The company has grown to be a multi faceted, full spectrum water treatment service and sales company. We have been serving the drinking water and water treatment needs of businesses individuals throughout the country and abroad since 1987, providing service and equipment made to the highest industry standards. We have recently worked with the City and County of San Francisco to provide all their water needs through point of use filtration systems instead of bottled water. Our emphasis is to provide an ecological & economical alternative to bottled and tap water, by providing drinking water equipment which treats water at the point of use (i.e. your kitchen sink, your break room at work, or the grocery store where you shop), rather than at a treatment plant hundreds of miles away.

OUR CUSTOMERS

We have supplied equipment for applications ranging from residential drinking water to well water treatment, to major commercial & industrial high purity pharmaceutical and medical uses, to individuals and companies all over the world, including: Bayer, PG&E, Mindscape, The City and County of San Francisco, Kinko's, Pacific Bell, Federal Express and First Federal Savings & Loan. We have worked with Whole Foods Markets, installing equipment that feeds their juice bars, kitchens, produce misters, staff areas, drinking fountains, and the vending units that we have installed. We have set up other water stores in Tahiti and California, and sell to hundreds of distributors in the U.S. and abroad. We bring to the table a combined pool of water treatment experience of over 75 years. We specialize in custom design of water systems to best meet our customers' water quality, aesthetic, convenience and architectural needs, and in finding creative solutions for tough water problems.

In 1996 we earned the distinction by San Francisco Business Times, of being among the top 100 fastest growing privately owned companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our corporation has been rated "Very High" in customer satisfaction in an independent survey conducted by San Francisco State University. This reflects our "pride of workmanship" ethic that begins at first contact with our clients, through site survey, water testing, customizing and designing systems, and the installation performed by our skilled crew of technicians. And even after the unit is installed, we do not leave customers "high & dry"! We contact our customers regularly to inform them of service needs, and to make sure their system is working optimally and will last a lifetime. We also have an on site laboratory for basic water testing, and access to the best labs in the country for extensive testing in cases where such is indicated.

THE TECHNOLOGY

Our drinking water systems utilize a combination of carbon filtration (which removes gaseous chemicals) and the amazing technology of reverse osmosis to oxygenate, clean & polish water molecule by molecule, restoring it to its original purity. The amazing thing about RO, is that even molecules that are smaller than water molecules themselves (which most heavy metals are), are repelled away from the membrane surface and washed away, while the pure water molecules and oxygen are attracted through to the other side (and on to you). This is due to the molecular force that occurs when water runs over the membrane surface under pressure. Oxygen is actually concentrated into the drinking water. RO not only affords a very high level of purity, but it also offers a very refreshing, thirst quenching, freshly oxygenated taste. This is water that the body can assimilate and use to flush out and replenish its cells and organs, without the interference of contaminants.
